We are a team of highly skilled individuals who have grouped together to form a diverse enterprise encompassing a wide array of expertise. The team is advised by Shri Tarun Agrawal, Senior Advocate and operates from its office situated at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Our core group comprises of members who have a vast experience in litigation and arbitration. The field of litigation covers several areas of practice such as civil law, constitutional law, education and service law, administrative law, et al. The team has been conducting several high-stake arbitrations in Allahabad.
The existing facilities include a sprawling state-of-the-art office complex having a carpet area of more than 1600 square feet, located in one of the premier locales of Prayagraj. We have a comprehensive library housing more than 5000 books ranging from journals, commentaries, text books, bare acts, etc. The journal section is home to many international journals like All England Reporter, U.S. Supreme Court Reports, US Supreme Court Digest, American Law Reports. We also have a complete collection of Corpus Juris Secundum and American Jurisprudence.

The team is well advised by Mr. Tarun Agrawal, Senior Advocate who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech.) from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (MNREC, formerly), along with LL.B. from University of Allahabad. He has an experience of more than nineteen years, and enjoys a sound standing at the Bar. Recognizing his outstanding contribution to the profession, the Full Court of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad conferred upon him the prestigious designation of Senior Advocate on 05.11.2025.
Mr. Imran Syed is a Senior Member of the team. He has a law degree from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University. His main practice area is criminal law and administrative law and laws relating to electricity and contracts. In the past, he has represented the State of Uttar Pradesh as a State Law Officer on the criminal side. He is entrusted with the responsibility of handling criminal matters of the firm. Mr. Imran Syed has a litigation experience of more than nineteen years.
Mr. Prakhar Srivastava is a Senior Member of the group. He holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Allahabad (Five Years’ Integrated Course). Mr. Srivastava has taken the lead in handling complex cases in the field of service law, administrative law and criminal law. He forms an integral part of the team that handles arbitration and commercial matters. Along with Mr. Imran Syed, he is also responsible for handling criminal matters of the firm. He is empaneled with the Uttar Pradesh State Election Commission and Middle-Income Group Legal Aid Society.
Mr. Prashant Mishra is a Senior Member of the team and holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Allahabad (Five Years’ Integrated Course) and an LL.M. from Kurukshetra University. He specialises in education and service laws, alongside land and matrimonial disputes. He has advised and represented infrastructure and engineering companies and is empanelled with the Allahabad High Court Legal Services Committee and the Allahabad High Court Middle-Income Group Legal Aid Society. He has also served as a Junior Law Reporter with the Indian Law Reports, Allahabad Series.
Mr. Prashant Mishra is an avid reader and a passionate writer. He blogs regularly at www.smallcitythinker.com. He is an active legal writer and commentator, and regularly publishes analytical articles on contemporary legal and constitutional issues through his web portal www.legalanalysis.in.
Mr. Shashvat Gupta is a Junior Member of the team. He practices majorly at Allahabad High Court and also handles firm’s commitments in subordinate courts/tribunals. He has completed his B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Lucknow (Five Years’ Integrated Course) in the year 2020. He is experienced in matters pertaining to civil litigation, land acquisition, administrative and service law, labour laws and consolidation matters. He also has a wide exposure of handling cases in forums like Board of Revenue, National Company Law Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal and Consumer Forums.
He is diligent and conscientious and possesses strong analytical and grasping abilities, with a consistent focus on delivering results. He maintains a keen interest in exploring new and emerging areas of law, thereby continuously expanding his professional expertise.
Mr. Shashank Bharti is a junior member of the team. He holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Allahabad and has completed his Master’s degree (LL.M.) with specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Mr. Bharti commenced his professional journey as a Law Trainee under an Hon’ble Judge of the Allahabad High Court, gaining valuable exposure to judicial processes. He later joined the chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. Ravi Kant, where he worked extensively on complex commercial and corporate matters.
His areas of specialisation include Company Law, Arbitration matters, and Rent Control disputes. He appears regularly before the Allahabad High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and Commercial Court. With a strong academic foundation and diverse litigation experience, he maintains a focused and research-driven approach while representing clients across a wide spectrum of disputes.
